Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated from the weight of your order and shown at checkout before you pay:
- Up to 0.5 kg: €11.99
- 0.5–1 kg: €18.99
- 1–2 kg: €31.99
- 2–5 kg: €70.99
- 5–30 kg: €133.99
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Some remote destinations can take longer. Our products ship from several warehouses, so larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number.
Customs, duties and taxes
Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority when the parcel arrives. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days, email us at support@northhouse.store and we will investigate and, where needed, send a replacement or refund.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped.
