Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are in euros (EUR). Your card provider converts the amount to your own currency when you pay.
Can I return an item?
Absolutely. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Many are! Care instructions are listed under Details on every product page. Wooden items should always be washed by hand.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always. Our products ship from several warehouses, so larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel — each with its own tracking.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, and in most countries you can also pay by debit or credit card through PayPal without creating an account.
