Shipping
- We ship worldwide.
- Shipping is calculated by the weight of your order and shown at checkout before you pay — from €11.99 for small items.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days for most countries; some remote destinations can take a little longer. Some items ship from different warehouses and may arrive in separate parcels.
- You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- Prices are in euros (EUR); your card provider converts to your own currency when you pay. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are set by your country's customs authority.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original condition and packaging.
- Email us with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or wrong item?
We're sorry! Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.
